Company Christmas Party

So here is me and the Hubby. He's a cute one right? I just love him to pieces. This is my company Christmas party. My outfit is one from the closet. I got this for some cocktail function we were invited to. Never hurts to have a good outfit.

Anyway this was my first year with the company and it turned out to be a good one. This was defiantly a nice party and has given my office a good bit to talk about this week . Just remember that what happens at the Company Christmas Party doesn't always stay at the party.

Fall School Pictures

Aren't they Cute! Here is this years Fall School Pictures. Can say I am in love with baby girl's picture but she is happy. Baby Boy never takes a bad picture. So I am in luck. We are heading to the mall this weekend to get our Picture with Santa so keep an eye out for that.

Riley's birthday party

Ok so I haven't kept up with the blog. So here is my sad attempt at doing it.

Isn't this a great picture of Riley. I wish I could say I took it but I didn't. My gal pal Deanna took it for me as I was tending to a birthday party for Riley. More to come on the birthday party but I thought I would share.

Well we seemed to have run through July and were at the end of August so if that tells you anything.

Princess started school this week and she seems to like it so far. Baby Boy has moved up in classrooms and he is just getting in all the learning and playing the day away.

Slip N Slide Anyone

Can you say Slip N Slide? Oh my word I don't ever recall having one of these as a child, but man did I want one. Look at the look on baby boy's face. Pure delight. Man would I have had a blast.

Baby Boy just loved this thing and so did " Sissy" aka Baby Girl. Baby boy is a bit young to understand the whole run , jump , slide on your belly concept so Super Daddy had to lend a hand for him. Super Daddy couldn't fling him down it fast enough. When he would get to the end he would quickly get up , stumble over the sides and run back to Super Daddy and scream " Me turn , Me turn" . Beyond cute.

So our Slip N Slide adventure lasted at least a good hour or more and all we ever here now is "Slide Mommy & Daddy" . As you can imagine we have had it out several times. So remember when you are about to pass out from one of our super hot Texas summer days. We have a Slip N Slide and you can be sure we are on it.

Look at all the Brownie Try-It's she earned

So baby girl is a Browine Girl Scout and she just loves it. Her Daddy claims I forced her into it but really I didn't. Besides every girl needs to have the opportunity to sell Girl Scout cookies. (that is another blog another day.) The Try It's are in her right hand. The other patches are for cookie sales and different activities they went to.

Anyway enough of the ramblings of the blog creator. On to the purpose of the blog. Baby girl and her Brownie Try-It's. Don't even ask me what all of them are but she worked hard to earn them. And sadly enough I was probably at the meeting or event where she earned them. Would you believe they have all kinds of Try It's. They have a sewing one , goal setting, and safety. Pretty interesting to know.

So what do you do when your kid has bad school pictures

Ok so this is a bit late in the coming but hey I am new to this whole blog thing.

So baby girl has Spring School pictures done right. I go to all the trouble of making sure she is dressed cute and all and what happens?

We get this lovely picture back when they finally come in.

Forgive me for being cropping challenged with this picture.

Anyway I am such a sucker for the kid I buy the whole stupid set of these pictures. Oh well it's not like they are her Senior Pictures right!

I still have twelve years for that. Thank GOD!

My baby boy is becoming a BIG BOY

So my sweet little boy is officially becoming a BIG BOY. So we all know that I work outside of the home and the kids go to the daycare. Well with their help and a lot of practice at home we are finally at the BIG BOY underwear stage. I am so sad to see the baby stage go and big boy stage come, but then again I welcome no more diapers or pull ups!!!

Excuse me while I wipe the tear from my eye . OH BLAAAAAHHHH he is growing up.
